Are your charms and beads compatible with Pandora bracelets?
Yes, the vast majority of our charms from brands are designed with a universal core that fits popular charm bracelets, including Pandora, Trollbeads, and others.
How much does shipping cost?
Simply said:
- around 6 € for shipping within Germany
- around 15 € for shipping into the EU
- around 25 € for shipping worldwide
Our rates are however a bit different for each country as we want to give you the lowest possible price to get your precious charms
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Yes, you can! You're free to cancel or change your order any time before it has shipped. For our Shopping Service, cancellations are only possible before we have sourced your items. If you'd like to add items to your order, just let us know! Please keep in mind that if a new item is out of stock, it may add a few days to the dispatch time.
Are your items authentic?
Every item we offer is guaranteed authentic and brand new. We source all our products directly from official locations, such as authorized brand retailers, official stores and outlets, and the theme parks themselves. We never purchase or sell pre-owned items.
Can I return my items?
You can return any unworn items from our standard brand collections within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are in their original packaging. Please note that all items from our Shopping Service are final sale, as they are sourced personally for you.
