We ship Germany, the EU as well as USA and Mexico
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for German buyers is 5,49 € - we ship with as DHL Parcel.
All orders above 150,00 € will be shipped for free.
Shipping costs in the EU & UK are 6,49 € or 14,99 € - we ship either as Deutsche Post Letter or DHL Parcel.
Please note that if you select the cheaper letter option we'l most likely have to send the parts without its original box as it won't fit the letter.
All orders above 150,00 € will be shipped for free via Letter.
All orders above 300,00 € will be shipped for free via DHL Parcel.
Shipping costs to the USA, Canada, Switzerland, Mexico and Ukraine are 12,99 €. We just ship as Deutsche Post Letter as it proved to be the most reliable option. We also offer the worldwide shipping option to other countries that might not be listed yet. If you want to order but can't just write us a message and we'll unlock the order process for your country.
All orders above 300,00 € will be shipped for free.
Shipping Times
We try to ship all of our products the same day you order - in exception of Pre-Orders of course.
Elfbeads: We try to keep a stock of the latest and greatest but with their big inventory we have to order some of the parts for you from them. Please note that it might take 3-4 working days to get the parts.
The usual shipping times in Germany are 2-3 working days, in the EU 3-5 working days and Worldwide around 2-4 weeks (depending on customs etc.). If you order products with different availability we ship them as soon as the last product arrives if it was not communicated differently.
